Assignment to lead / manage the programme of works around the process of design, business change, technology renewal and post-merger integration for a large scale Case Management and Financial Systems software delivery project.

The assignment was to help and advise on the transformation of the Application Development department within the Information Services team to support a significant restructuring and a re-invigoration plan.
