Following the appointment of a new CIO, Evolve worked closely with the Director Global IT Programmes and Solutions.  The assignment was to help and advise on the transformation of the Application Development department within the Information Services team to support a significant restructuring and a re-invigoration plan.

  • Implemented AGILE framework (SCRUM and KANBAN).
  • Coaching and mentoring C-level managers, developers and project managers.
  • Devised policy and procedure to support implementation of Agile SCRUM Framework and Prince2 methodologies.
  • Designed and embedded tailored best practice processes supporting software development.
  • Implemented a new UX framework.
