Working closely with the Project Board, the CIO and key business leaders the assignment was to lead / manage the programme of works around the process of design, business change, technology renewal and post-merger integration for a large scale £4,000,000 project for implementation of a Case Management and Financial Systems software delivery project. The programme encompassed the integration of four businesses as part of an on going Mergers and Acquisition programme.

- Assuring delivery of solutions to time, cost and quality metrics.
- Setting up and managing PMO resources and programme controls. Including aligning PRINCE2 project methodologies with AGILE development practices.
